It is located only 32 mins/22 miles from Kings Canyon National Park where you can enjoy walking among the majestic giant sequoias of General Grant Grove, relaxing at Hume Lake, or adventuring in Boyden Cavern. The cottage is also a perfect location for a peaceful getaway where you can spend time simply relaxing amidst classic California scenery: oaks, pines, and the ever-changing skies.

Take a swim in the pool or put your boots on and take an easy day trip for adventure in one of three nearby national parks - Kings Canyon, Sequoia and Yosemite. We are also less than 2 hours from great skiing at China Peak. We look forward to sharing our little retro time capsule with you!

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

For safety reasons we don't allow toddlers (infants ok) or children who cannot swim or who would be in danger of falling from loft. Private entrance & carport. Friendly dog lives in backyard. The apartment is full-service, attached to the main house with a private entrance and private patio. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. Our unit includes a bedroom, dining area, living room, and a complete kitchen with all the necessities for coffee, tea, and cooking. Internet is available through both Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection with cabling provided. The TV is 4K Active; HDR Smart TV, 43", true color accuracy with Ethernet connection to our internet.

This 320 square foot efficiency container is a stand alone unit in the backyard. It is private with it's own entrance and comes complete with a full-service kitchen, bedroom area with a queen size bed, living area with 2 recliners, eating bar/workspace, bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet and amenities & great atmosphere. It is located 9 miles east of Old Town Clovis. There is a Roku tv with apps on a swi el wall mount. Internet is provided, thru Xfinity.
