Our two-bedroom home built from natural island coral is positioned among the palm trees, just steps from one of the prettiest pristine beaches you'll ever see. The beach gradually extends -- coral free -- into the blue water. Further offshore are reefs that are perfect for fishing, scuba diving or snorkeling.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. 360 degree water views overlooking crystal clear Caribbean water and estuary behind the home that is a nursery for sea turtles and other sea life. Take the kayas and paddle boards (included) and explore. Afterwards, relax with a drink on the huge lower deck or upper deck off of the 360 degree glass room on the second floor. Be mesmerized by the magnificent sunset and crystal clear water or gaze at the endless stars of the night sky.

If you are looking for seclusion, beautiful beaches, perfect snorkeling, awesome sunsets, and amazing stargazing then this is the place for you. The house sits so close to the water that you will be lulled into the best sleep of your life listening to the waves roll in.

Cat's Cove, Pigeon Cay - 2 Acres w/ Private Beach

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
