My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Sehr zentral gelegen, aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig, diese Wohnung ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem spannenden Tag in der Hauptstadt. Die Umgebung lädt zum Schlendern ein, und in 5-10 Gehminuten findet du die nächsten Cafés, Restaurants und Stöbergeschäfte. Zum REWE geht es direkt über die Straße (2min) und alles weitere (Bioläden etc.) findest du auf der Greifswalder Straße. Auch die S-Bahnstation Greifswalder Straße (Ring) ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt und die Tram sogar nur 3 min.

Ruhige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Küche und Badezimmer in Berlin. Jeweils eine S-Bahn- und Tram-Station befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. W-LAN, Haartrockner, sowie Hand- und Badetücher sind vorhanden. Letztes Jahr gab es einen Wasserschaden, daher mußte die Tapete und der Laminat entfernt werden. Quite 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom in Berlin. Subway and Tram Station are not far away (approx. 400 m). WI-FI, hairdryer, towels are in the apartment. Last year was a water damage.

Fußläufig bringt einen die Tramlinie M5 bis zum Hauptbahnhof. Der perfekte Ort, den Trubel und die kulturellen Highlights Berlins zu erkunden und den Abend gemütlich im Grünen ausklingen zu lassen. Im Garten gibt es 2 Terrassen und eine Feuerstelle! Vor der Tür laden 2 Seen zum Baden und Joggen ein!

Our bright, modern 2-room flat (65 sqm) with a spacious terrace is in Berlin-Weißensee – quiet and green, yet close to it all: just 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz, with a lake and local neighbourhood just around the corner. Perfect for couples, friends or small families (up to 3 people). I live here with my two kids – personal touches, books, photos and everyday things give the place its charm. A real home away from home.

Loft in the old factory

We have renovated our unique loft in recent years with great attention to detail. We have taken great care to preserve the original factory style and reinterpret it in a cosy way. Nearby are shops, bars, the beautiful Orankesee lake with its beer garden and restaurant, as well as parks for walking or strolling. The nearest railway station can be reached in two to three minutes and you can explore Berlin from here.

Tiny House in Berlin-Weissensee

Garden house in the northeast of Berlin, Weißensee, the film city in the early 20th century. In 20 minutes by tram at Alexanderplatz, in 10 minutes at the S-Bahn-Ring, with the S-Bahn-Ring at every location in Berlin. Very quiet location. Chickens provide the farmfeeling, the greenhouse gives fresh tomatoes and more. The Tiny-House is located directly on the carsharing- and scooterarea (sharing, App).

Cozy apartment in a new building near the center of Berlin. The apartment has a separate entrance. Our space has an open plan living and dining area. Additional guests can stay on a sofa bed. The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin.
