Nära centrum mataffär , ishall. Parkering precis bredvid boendet. ca 40 km till olika kustsamhällen exempel/Kungshamn, Grebbestad, Fjällbacka.

Nybyggd stuga alldeles vid havet med stor brygga och egen båtplats. På bryggan är det gjort för att man ska kunna njuta hela dagen, då det finns solstolar, badstege, utemöbler och grill. På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Welcome to a charming 18th-century house with an accompanying guest house. Enjoy the tranquility and the sea, with proximity to stunning natural surroundings of forests and mountains. The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.

Hus med stor trädgård, har äppleträd och bärbuskar men ändå bra plats för lek. närhet till bl.a saltkällans badplats, Torreby golfbana, och kanotcentralen. Vandringsleder och bergsklättring. Med bil tar det ca 30min till Lysekil, Hunnebostrand, fjällbacka eller andra kustpärlor. I huset ingår det nödvändigaste man behöver. Samt tre parkeringsplatser. Täcken och kuddar finns. sängkläder och badlakan tas en avgift på 150kr/set om så önskas. Städning ingår ej. Lämnas i samma skick.
