Relax with the whole family or friends, at this quiet, rural setting, 2 minutes from the ski hills, with ample parking. It is a unique setup, sleeping 6 in a basement apartment, which includes a kitchenette, with exclusive access to the entertainment room on the floor above, which leads to a deck and hot tub. Hike nearby at the Copeland Forest. Ski at Mt. St. Louis/Moonstone or Snow tube at Horseshoe Valley Ski resort. Snowmobile at the nearby trails and return to relax in the hot swim spa.

2 bedroom beachfront apartment

Lovely suite with its own 3 piece bathroom, living room with flat screen TV and kitchenette. Has its own deck, barbecue and entranceway overlooking the sandy shores of Georgian Bay. Steps to go swimming, kayaking or a sunset stroll. Parking available. No pets. Between June 30th - September 1st the apartment can only be rented by the week (check in & check out on Saturdays only). Outside of these dates, we are happy to host visitors with a minimum 1 night stay, check in/out any day of the week.

Myra's Cozy Place in Barrie

Myra's Cozy Place is close to Downtown, Barrie which is walking distance to restaurants, clubs, shops and banks. We are near to Kempenfelt Bay and Centennial Beach. We are two blocks away from the City Hall and McLaren Art Center. The property is a walkout basement. The guests have a direct access to the backyard (we'll not give key to the guests for security reasons). They will be using the side door as their entrance door using a code. We can also offer Level 2 EV charging upon request.

The Upper Deck

The upper deck is an amazing one bedroom studio with a full newly renovated bathroom, a sweet kitchenette, an amazing king size bed, a 65 “ inch HD smart Samsung TV with a live edge counter- a great workspace or eating area. One wall is floor to ceiling windows -lots of great natural light!!! Outdoors has an amazing hot tub , rustic firepit area , a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with Bbq and you can hear the lake!! Note- the studio is a separate but is part of a house.

Lakeside Inn Unit #1

This micro bachelor cabin is located behind Lakeside Inn Hotel. The hotel faces Lake Simcoe and the cabin is behind the main hotel. You are a 30 sec walk to the lake. C1 is a private apartment in a cabin that has two apartments side by side. The studio style space comes equipped with a queen sized bed and a smart TV. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchenette area that consists of a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, table and chairs.

New basement apartment in the heart of Barrie! A short 5 minute drive to the beach, fantastic restaurants, and shopping at Park Place. Features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large TV with Prime, and a fireplace outside for those chilly evenings. Small-town charm at its best! Our centrally located apartment is the perfect home base for your small-town adventures. We're minutes from the unique shops and restaurants in downtown Midland and the Midland Harbour. There is plenty to experience; attend a local festival, take in a tourism site, hop onto the Trans Canada Trail System with your bike or snowmobile, attend a show/concert at the Midland Cultural Centre, or snowshoe through the Wye Marsh.

Closest beach is about a 30min walk. Please note that we have a second suite very similar to this suite known as the Van Der Rohe suite located on the same floor! The Van Der Rohe suite is larger in size with a beautiful sitting room for the same nightly fee!
