The home is on a high traffic road (that can get a bit noisy) but the convenience and parks for cycling and walks make up for it. Shopping (IGA), Subway, Pizza, Pharmacy, Bottle Shop, Massage & Petrol Station are in walking distance 600m down Harborne Street.

It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth.
