One queen size bed in the loft and a full-size pull out sofa sleeper. 4 seasons firepit out back. A propane grill is also available in the firepit area. Our subdivision is ideally situated among thousands of acres of public land near the beautiful Au Sable River. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and full of nature. Come and enjoy all this beautiful area has to offer, including hunting, fishing, hiking, skiing, trail riding, kayaking, tubing, canoeing, etc. A boat launch for the Au Sable River, an ORV trailhead and DJs Scenic Bar are within a mile of the cabin (in McKinley). Hiking and skiing trails are 10-15 minutes from the cabin.

This rustic "12x12 sleeper cabin" is a great place for glamping! It is a one-bedroom and half bathroom. (A shower house is available on the property. ) There is a fenced horse corral and a gazebo with a fire pit and chairs. Within walking distance from the famous MaDeeter's bar and grill, the Luzerne Express and the Meadows Trailhead for Atv's, Dirt bikes, side by sides, snowmobiles, and just miles from Amish country, and the Ausable River. Pets are allowed for an additional $100 cleaning.
