Great indoor/outdoor living with a deck and views over a family friendly lifestyle property with a separate driveway on a no-exit road. The house is energy-efficient with solar power. It is a 5-minutes to the Ōtaki township, where the Te Wananga O Raukawa campus, and the Golf Course are. The township also contains a library, supermarkets and takeaway shops. The beach and Otaki Forks is just a 10-minute drive.

The bach has not been fully modernised but is clean and tidy and has all of the things you need for a relaxing stay.

With one double bed and a single "couch" that doubles as a second bed (now a full spring mattress) The self contained guesthouse has private entry and is located at the front of our section for a sense of privacy.
