From hiking to biking, breweries, wineries, distilleries, or just relaxing by the fire. You will find a comfortable place to relax after a long day of making memories. This private apartment w/ EV charger (small added fee) located right the water on Otisco Lake, w/ over 300 ft of lakefront at your front door. Incredible views! The apartment is attached to the main house w/ a private entrance. Beach, seasonal dock, canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, paddle boat, gas grill & fire pit with wood (May - Oct). Fishing, swimming, snow skiing, wine tasting, fine dining, beautiful sunsets await your arrival! 15 min to Skaneateles, 10 min to Song Mountain Skiing.

This recently renovated cottage is located on 60' of lake frontage on Otisco Lake. Enjoy everything lakefront living has to offer in a cute little package! The cottage is on a rare flat lot! There is easy access to the water from the sloping beach to take out the kayaks provided. Take in the beautiful sunsets while sitting in the backyard by the fire! The cottage is located just 20 minutes from the Village of Skaneateles and 30 min from Syracuse University and SUNY Cortland.

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
