You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on our front porch where you can enjoy seeing the Amish buggies go by. We are located only 22 miles from Cooperstown/Dreams Park and 25 miles from Utica/New Hartford. We are a short 11 miles from Brookfield where the Barnes Barn venue is located. We are 25 miles from Hamilton College.

Come relax and enjoy the whole house with this listing. We live in a beautiful quiet Amish community. Lots of space to enjoy on our 8 acres of property. Enjoy having your morning coffee on our front porch. We have a small barn with goats and chickens that love attention. During the winter months we do not have the farm animals at the farm. We are 11 miles from Brookfield, 22 miles from Cooperstown, 23 miles from Hamilton College, 22 miles from New Hartford/Utica area.

Cooperstown All Star Village baseball park is just 3 minutes drive from our home. Welcome to ,,One Charming Suite” A second floor private entrance invites you to a cozy, clean and comfortable queen sized bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower level there is a stationary bike for a quick work out if desired. In this unit we provide tea kettle ,small refrigerator ,coffee maker and washer/dryer.
