Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Beautifully redone, fenced yard, no pet fees!

Welcome to my beautifully redone home! Both bathrooms have been completely redone and now boast polished floors and tiled showers. Every light fixture and fan in the house was upgraded. The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Shipwright's Cottage

A terrific place for exploring the city & walking the historic neighborhood. This adorable 2 bed home is 2 blocks from the Civic Center which hosts events and a great farmers market Wed/Sat. This area begins 8th Street with amazing shops, pubs and restaurants. We have given it a gorgeous 21st Century overhall. A block away from lakeside Kollen play park and Boatwerks Restaurant with waterside seating. This location offers quick access to business and boating. Come enjoy a fun downtown stay.

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. We are less than 8 miles from Holland State Park and so close to other Lake Shore attractions. Saugatuck is only 11 miles away, Grand Haven a 23 mile drive, and 29 miles from Grand Rapids, making this a very desirable location!

It is conveniently located only 15mins from both Grand Haven and Holland. NO pets allowed on the furniture or there will be an extra fee. The house includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart tv, bottled water is supplied as well as toothbrushes and shampoo and conditioner. Less than 3mi from a gas station and restaurant/bar. There's a great park right across the street that offers equestrian and hiking with lights on until 10pm.
