Our home is a level lot just feet from Balboa Lake, the largest lake in the village. The Village has eight well maintained golf courses and several lakes. We are surrounded by trees which turn magnificent colors in the fall. We are on paved roads and you will have no trouble accessing us. There is a great tennis facility with 12 clay courts and pickle ball courts are also available. The beach area is near us.

Full size kitchen appliances and charming living area in this 720+ sq ft unit. There is a lovely view of southwest mountains from your second story deck. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate ATV or boat trailers in our drive. Now offering WiFi connection. Roku TV too!
