La maison, centrée sur le patio-terrasse permet de profiter pleinement de la lumière et du calme. Une autre piscine est disponible dans le domaine. Authenticité et confort pour un séjour unique.

Das Haus wird immer komplett vermietet, sodass ihr das Riad ganz für euch allein habt und keine anderen Gäste anwesend sind. Die Wohnfläche beträgt insgesamt ca. 180qm. Es gibt 2 wunderschön eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und viele offene Wohnbereiche. Auf der Dachterasse findet ihr einen Essbereich für 4 - 6 Personen.

La villa se compose de 3 tres grandes suites avec chacune leur cheminée, leur télé (Netflix gratuit), 3 salles de bain, d'une petite piscine intérieure chauffée, d'une piscine extérieure privative et d'un jardin privatif sans vis à vis, d'un salon avec cheminée. Table à manger convertible en billard ou en table de ping-pong. Villa au calme.

L'ensemble de la propriété avec ses trois grandes terrasses ont une vue panoramique sur les montagnes de l'Atlas. Les amoureux de la nature y trouveront leur compte.. Notre maison se situe à 44 km de Marrakech (35 min en voiture). Les cascades de Siti Fatma sont à 15 km de la maison, tandis que la station de ski Oukeimeden se situe à 30 km de la maison.
