The park itself boasts lakes and flat walks, wildlife, fishing, outdoor swimming pool and cafe (seasonal). The Pine Trees Bar and restaurant overlooks the lakes, with entertainment at the weekends. To the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop reasonably priced, laundrette, hair dressers, fish and chip shop, tennis and bowls courts.

The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. The studio is totally self contained so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet, private and has a South facing balcony overlooking the garden. There is wi-fi, unrestricted parking on the street immediately outside the property. It has a shower. A small dog is welcome to stay and use the garden and there will be £30 charge, payable directly. An oven & microwave are available. It is suitable for 2 adults over 18 years of age.
