No children. No pets. There are 2 Friendly and Fluffy Australian Shepherds on the property.

The property is located on 3 acres, overlooking Owasco Lake. It is a rural area, approximately six miles south of Emerson Park in Auburn, NY. Auburn is the home and final resting place of Harriet Tubman and William Seward. Other places of interest are Aurora (McKenzie-Childs), Approximately 15 miles away; Ithaca, 35 miles south; Rochester, about 75 minutes away, and Niagara Falls, 2.5 hours away.
