The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. The lodge is located in a small quiet cul de sac with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. It also benefits from being situated in the Hoburne Cotswolds complex with all its facilities. Cycling and walking in the area is great.

The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed that can become another double bed so that if required the lounge can convert to a third bedroom, thereby sleeping up to 5 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)

Oxford city centre is 9 miles away, and Abingdon 2 miles away. We have a little bus stop near the house with 2 buses every hour. Didcot train station can get you to London in just 35 minutes :) We are located within easy reach of the Cotswolds!
