The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Seaside Annexe

Situated on Englands Coastal Path, our annexe offers comfortable, stylish, modern accomodation with easy access to Aldwick Beach. It is attached to our property and has its own entrance. The front door opens into a seating and kitchen area. This offers a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle. There is a Smart 32 inch HD TV. Off of this room is a shower room complete with toilet and sink. The bedroom is separate with a double bed and wardrobe. Easy access to Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood.

Modern Large Self Contained Annexe Near The Beach

Constructed in 2018 the annexe is a large, bright self contained annexe measuring 500 sq ft with a small private rear garden to enjoy the peaceful environment. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

The Cabin a coastal annexe with beach access

The cabin is a self-contained studio annexe with double bed, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all that you need for a self-catering break. Benefitting from an en-suite shower room and its own enclosed west facing patio area. Lovingly decorated to provide a peaceful escape with direct access to Pagham beach which sits behind the property. Plenty of parking on site. N.B. The Cabin sits next to Shepherd’s Beachhouse which is also available for holidays via air bnb.

In addition a modern kitchen provides all you need to prepare your catch of the day and a open plan lounge allows space to kick back and relax.

Welcome to Driftwood Beach House, an idyllic seaside beach house in Pagham, West Sussex, perfect for family holidays, short breaks and visitors to Goodwood, Chichester and the surrounding area. With three bedrooms in an original Victorian railway carriage, Driftwood opens directly on to the beach. Sleeps 7 (including one top bunk above a double bed is suitable for a child or person up to 85 kg).
