The Lodge, sits perfectly with the Old Guildhall, built in 1429 with its wealth of history, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The iconic seaside town of Southwold is less than 10 minutes drive away. The local village with cafe, store, Chinese takeout and public houses is within walking distance, so too is the beach. Relax on the balcony with a drink and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings

Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Welcome to our seaside chalet on a small friendly site situated in the lovely area of Kessingland. This area is great to explore. For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

Within walking distance of a sandy beach & 2 local pubs, this early 19th-century public house has been stunningly converted to offer spacious open plan accommodation with exceptional fittings, a pool table and BBQ/pizza stone. Its great location has everything you need on the doorstep: beach; shops & restaurants; car boot; Africa Alive and the popular tourist attraction of Southwold within an easy drive. We allow a maximum of two dogs,this must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Hot tub & Sauna Coastal Getaway in Lowestoft

Based in Lowestoft, Suffolk, this seasonal static caravan is the perfect getaway for couples, families and solo travellers. This tiny home has recently been upgraded with a sauna and a whirlpool bath/hot tub complimented with an LED rainfall shower and of course has all the comforts of a double bed, a smart TV, a spacious open dining and sitting areas, and a large decking area for relaxing. Please note this still a small space and access to the whirlpool bath can be tricky.

Annex in the Woods on the Broads

Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

The Folly

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Any guests booking in January and February will receive a complimentary bottle of Procescco upon arrival.

One king bed with ensuite, One double bed and one double sofa bed located in lounge area. The View is located within ocean glade at the beautiful Azure Seas holiday park, within walking distance to the beach, woods, Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park, and nearby pubs. The view is a perfect base for many attractions on the east coast.

Upper Alde Barn is a luxury barn conversion within the grounds of Dernford Hall, set in 32 acres of Private Nature Reserve this is a truly peaceful getaway with landscaped private river walks. The barn contains a stunning galleried bedroom overlooking the dramatic lounge area complete with oak beams and an open fireplace. Private enclosed garden great for those with dogs. The only noise is the sound of birdsong.
