This 4 bedroom 2 full bath house has a master suite, large dining room, full kitchen, back deck with grill, and large front porch where you bask in the ocean breeze. In addition to the the bay view in the front, enjoy the four acre field across the street and a two block walk to the water. Great for fishing, crabbing, water activities & local scenery. The Sunshine house is walking distance to the water, fishing piers, restaurants, and downtown Palacios. Great bird watching also! Plenty of room to park your boat, or if necessary we have storage to get your boat or camper inside at a different location. Bicycles are available upon request.
