Liiva Villas viibides saad tunda end nagu kodus. Siin on ruumi kõikide sinu asjade jaoks, köök toidu valmistamiseks ja kamin mõnusa õhkkonna loomiseks, mis muudab viibimise intiimseks ja koduseks. Kui reisid sõprade või perega, siis kahe magamistoaga majas on piisavalt ruumi, et viibida koos, kuid samas privaatselt, et igaühel oleks oma koht. Our family summer home is situated privately next to idyllic Võrkaia marina . We have heatable pool and separate sauna complex, including wood burning Iglusauna, electric mirrorsauna, outdoor shower, hot tub, cold bucket and small pond. Perfect for family vacation, our guests can use several bikes, SUP boards, Komodo/Gas grill and play table tennis and board games. We also have separate movie room that kids will enjoy (Disney+/Netflix included). Located 15 minute drive from Liiva center.

Villa Bumba-spacious 4 bedroom villa with terrace

Villa Bumba is a bright and spacious 250m2 villa on the magical Saaremaa island that fits up to 10 people (4 bedrooms + sofa) and is decorated in beautiful Scandinavian style. It features a large well-equipped kitchen, charcoal BBQ grill (need to bring your own charcoal), big terrace and sauna. It's best suited for friends and family. Villa Bumba is located on Saaremaa island, 175km from Tallinn (2 hour drive + 25 min ferry ride). You are warmly welcome to our accommodation with your dog 🤎

Windmill Summer House

Uniikki kesänviettopaikka, joka rakennettu saaren perinteitä arvostaen. Tuulimyllyn ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on hyvin varustettu keittiö ja oleskelutila takalla. Toisessa kerroksessa parivuode ja kolmannesta kerroksesta näköala merelle asti. Puulämmitteisen saunamökin tuvassa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pihalla kylpytynnyri ja terassia pitkin pääsee kuivakäymälään. Pihapiirissä kesäkeittiö jossa tilaa ruokailuun ja oleskeluun. Tihusen eestinhevoset laiduntavat ympäröivillä laitumilla.

Our sauna house includes fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a large folding sofa, a toilet, a bathroom, and sauna. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy queen bed accompanied by a crib for your little one. Additionally, two relaxation spots crafted with netting offer the perfect place for relaxation. Next to the sauna house awaits a hot tub, a grilling area and a cozy camping spot with two beds. In the garden, a greenhouse awaits, provides vegetables during the summer months.

Do you want an authentic tiny house experience? If so, our recently built modern tiny house is waiting for you in the middle of forests in Kassari. You'll be amazed by what just 20+10 m2 of space can offer for you - cosy living room, full size kitchen, bathroom with shower, relaxing sauna area and private bedroom space on the upper level of the house. As Kassari is known for it's horseback riding tours, you may also see some horses riding by the house :)
