Light and airy, the cottage is open floor plan with a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Washer/dryer is onsite.

The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

This unit offers complete apartment style accommodation is fully private complete with bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. The home and all the furniture is new so you can rest assured everything is clean and comfortable. Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker with pods. There is also a pull out in the living room. A level 2 EV Charger is available on the property, please request when booking if you would like to use it.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment under the oaks. Minutes from river front eateries, night life with live music, skydiving, golfing, canoe and kayak rental, boat and jet ski rental, chartered fishing, hiking, Mel Fishers treasure museum, 15 minutes to Wabasso beach. Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.

Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
