Κατά τη διάρκεια του καλοκαιριού απέναντι υπάρχει φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ στο ισόγειο του κτιρίου. Η απόσταση από τη θάλασσα είναι 25 μέτρα. Ελεύθερα δημοτικά πάρκινγκ βρίσκονται σε 50 μέτρα. Δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρας στο κτίριο.

It's a beautiful house right across the sea (the distance to the sea is less than 50 meters!!!), but it has a rear view to the garden, where guests have their own patio. There is a kitchen with everything needed to prepare your own meal. The house is just refurbished, so almost everything (kitchen equipment etc.) is brand new .
