Staying at the Park Cottage means you get a clean and sanitized home all to yourself, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy living area with internet connected TV, second floor loft with two single beds and play area for kids. You also get a sunroom with beautiful forest views, and an outdoor firepit. We are located adjacent to Paris Mountain State Park property, and a State Park Pass is included in your stay.

Take to the Woods and discover a private, peaceful “Hallmark card” cabin overlooking a 2 acre stream fed pond (plenty of Large Mouth Bass & Sun fish) alongside 12 acres of Pine & hardwood forest with paths, kayaks and peddle boat for your enjoyment. Lounge on the wide wrap around porch, al fresco dining, hammock naps, grilling, campfires. A magical getaway yet close to the super cute town Travelers Rest, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Furman U. The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

A cozy get-away just outside of charming Travelers Rest. Located off Hwy 25. Close to both Furman and North Greenville Universities. Come and enjoy the Swamp Rabbit Trail and the surrounding Greenville area. Both Greenville (GSP), and Asheville (AVL), airports are within 45 minutes. You can be in Hendersonville, NC, in 20 minutes, Asheville, in 40. The Cherokee Foothills Scenic Hwy 11 is a few miles down the road. Very peaceful and private setting. Owners are through the woods.

The Dwelling Place was created for guests to enjoy Travelers Rest and the beautiful surrounding areas. It is a studio apartment above a detached garage with a private entrance and driveway. We are a one minute walk from the Swamp Rabbit Trail, a 1.2 mile walk from the idyllic downtown Travelers Rest, 20 min. from Greenville, 8 min. from Furman, 15 min. from North Greenville University, and close to numerous hikes, waterfalls, and outdoor adventures!
