Bedding includes 1 x electric adjustable king single bed. Total of 4 beds plus rollaway bed.. Dargaville township 10-15 min walk. Suitable single, couples, family, business guests. Dairy - 7 days and Takeaways 5 days. Kai Iwi Lakes 20mins approx. Stay 1 night or longer.

Garden Hill Cottage, Maungatapere

Away from the hustle bustle, enjoy this quiet serene spot. The property is well off the highway and the neighbouring orchards screen us from traffic noise. The cottage is nestled between small avocado and mixed fruit orchards, with a view out to the small pond and post’n’rail fenced paddocks beyond. Last minute bookings are usually no problem - we respond quickly. Relax with the family (with up to 3 children) in this organic permaculture lifestyle block with animals that love being fed.

Original 1920s Baylys Beach Bach (max 3 guests)

Our lovely 1920s Bach is a one-minute walk from the beach which is over 100kms long. With quirky character & few mod-cons this is a place to be away from the TV, rest up & enjoy stunning nature on the doorstep. We have kept as many original features as possible, so you get to experience a traditional Kiwi holiday - with a few added comforts. We are dog friendly - check the house rules. Fibre WIFI very efficient. BBQ available. Maximum guest number is 3 including children/infants/babies.

Baylys Beach is an amazing place to visit, with a huge range of activities, beach fun, walking, fishing, 4WDriving, surfing, motorbiking, local golf course or just RELAX! We enjoy guests who appreciate the west coast and what its got to offer. Go no further in booking our bach if you cant handle sand, bugs, a little dust and cobwebs and buying toilet paper if it runs out. This 1940's reno bach is a still a WIP but has a new kitchen, toilet/bathrm, 3 bedrooms, ultrafast WIFI/Smart TV.

The blockhouse is the ideal coastal retreat for families and small groups looking for a retreat to relax and explore the Kaipara District. We are ideally located approximately 15 minutes from Dargaville and 10 minutes from Glinks Gully. We are the perfect base if you are exploring the Pouto Peninsula or looking to head to the gorgeous Kai Iwi Lakes or Trounson Park, home to the mighty Tane Mahuta. On 20 acres of farmland, we have 4 cattle, pet goats and a flock of suffolk sheep.

Relax on the Kaipara Harbour

A lovely fully equipped modern cottage in a rural setting on the beautiful Kaipara Harbour (only 90 mins north of Auckland). Peaceful and private, you can lounge on the bean bags on the deck, or watch the tui as you soak in the bath. Native bush runs down to an estuary outside your floor to ceiling windows. Sheep, dogs, ducks and birdlife share the property with you as well as the occassional peacock harem.

This gorgeous house is built right in the boughs of the trees reconnecting you with tales like the Lord of the Rings and the Magic Faraway Tree. Take an adventure into this dreamy dwelling that's nestled in its own private stand of native trees. This quiet getaway is not far from the city, and based on our secluded 28 acre property. Breakfast items are also provided for you to prepare at your leisure.

Peaceful Garden Cabin

Our cabin is a cosy retreat set in our garden. It has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It is only 20 minutes from central Whangarei and 10 minutes from Kamo, Maungatapere and SH1 so if you are travelling it would be great a place to stay. Our garden cabin would be suitable for very good value medium to long term stays.
