Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie oder deinen Freunden in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft in Valbella (Lenzerheide). Die Haltestelle für den Sportbus ist innert einer Minute erreicht. Dieser fährt dich zum See, zu verschiedenen Skigebieten auf der Lenzerheide oder zum Rodeln. Der Lebensmittel Laden ist sehr nahe gelegen. See und ein Skilift (Valbella Dorf) sind auch zu Fuss zu erreichen, da sie so nahe liegen. Auch für Biker gut geeignet da sie nicht weit von der Rothornbahn entfernt ist.

Die Wohnung befindet sich nicht nur 2 Minuten vom Sessellift Heimberg entfernt, sondern auch nur in gleicher Distanz zum Kinderland. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus mit eigener Terrasse. Die Gastgeber wohnen im Haus und sind um das Wohl der Mieter besorgt. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar: Dorfladen, Langlaufzentrum, Kinderparadies.

Wir bieten Dir ein gemütliches Studio im Grünen, in einem ruhigen Quartier am Hang mit fantastischem Ausblick auf die älteste Stadt der Schweiz. Vom Bahnhof bis zu unserem Haus sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss. Mit grossen Koffern empfehle ich, ein Taxi (CHF 15.00) zu nehmen. Unser Haus steht am Hang, es geht ziemlich aufwärts und hat viele Treppenstufen. Vom Haus zu Fuss in die Altstadt sind es 5 Minuten.

Die gemütliche, kleine aber feine 2 Zimmer Wohnung liegt am Sonnenhang in Luzein im schönen Prättigau. Ideal für Pärchen oder unkomplizierte 3. Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
