Open floor plan, with recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms including stainless steel kitchen appliances, an office work area, and a beautiful Carolina sun room off of the dining room. Includes access to two car garage with ping pong table. This beach cottage is located mid island with all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes close by, including kayaking, golf, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, and biking paths.
