Dalla facciata neoclassica, salendo l’antica scala esterna in pietra, si arriva al piano nobile dove si diparte il grande terrazzo con bastioni in calcare intagliato, da cui si domina il paesaggio straordinario della campagna iblea; all’orizzonte il mare con il faro di Punta Secca e le rovine greche di Kamarina.
