Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Best location on the island. Steps to the widest, white sand beaches of the North End. No refurbished sand here! The boat ramp is also half a block away for boaters, floaters, kayakers and more. Simply the best.

The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch).
