Keurig and hot water kettle inside tipi. Two space heaters and a small fan. 50” TV, DVD player, CD/Bluetooth and turntable for music.

Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)
