Peggie’s Studio Retreat is nestled in a secluded hollow just minutes from the Bearwallow Trailhead of the Hatfields & McCoys’ Trail System. The space is a large art/photography studio that has been transformed into an inviting living space. You’ll love the peace and quiet after a day on the trails. Relax with the whole family at this beautiful Cabin. A very peaceful place to stay. Sits on the Guyandotte River that's great for kayaking. Very close to the Hatfield McCoy Bear Wallow trailhead. Unload your ATV and hit the trail. Restaurant on site and also very close to a car wash. If you need a place to stay for the holidays while visiting family, this is the place for you! Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a river-view. We are conveniently located minutes from the Hatfield and McCoy Trails and Chief Logan State Park. With a beautiful view of the river you can spend your evenings fishing. ( With our home being on the river we take every precaution for insects but some are out of control.). They are harmless. Sometimes bettles depending on time of year.
