Super romantic with a huge fire pit and your own little beachy kayak launch. Vischer Ferry bike trail borders the property for biking, hiking and kayaking. Vaulted beamed ceiling and full walls of glass make for crazy views overlooking the river. Serviced by filtered river water. SO SO PEACEFUL HERE!

A genuine luxurious Adirondack 4 bedroom(3 queen & 1 king) 2 bathroom ranch in an Upscale location on the northern side of the village. You can park your boat in the large driveway, bbq on the large deck surrounded by woods and take the family to the lake. 30 minute drive to Gore Mountain, Saratoga Race Track and Casino and much more. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

The outdoor private backyard includes a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs, a large 10-person picnic bench w/umbrella, propane and charcoal bbq grills. Nearby trolly stop is at The Garrison Restaurant.
