This beautiful wooden home features a large private terrace, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, and oven, a cozy seating area in an open-plan living and kitchen space, and a bedroom with a box spring bed. The tiny house is not suitable for holidays with your dog.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Die im Obergeschoss gelegene 1-Zimmerwohnung mit ausgebautem Spitzboden befindet sich in einem Ferienhaus mit sieben Wohneinheiten und ca. 6.000 qm großem Grundstück. Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem Spitzboden, in welchem sich ein Doppelbett befindet. Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca 35 qm.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
