Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Then off to beach you go, 5 minutes walk from the house or 1 minute drive and what a beautiful beach we have ❤️ 7 acres of beautiful farmland surrounding the log cabin house on the hill . Come sit on the Kwila deck and watch the stunning views of the ranges behind us and glorious Kapiti Island nearly touchable in front of us. Peaceful paradise simply on its own... 💛

Kapiti Getaway

Welcome to our Kapiti Getaway. A total escape and peaceful place to unwind. The house has plenty of space and a gorgeous sunny outlook. Located in beautiful Otaihanga at the end of a quiet cul de sac 3 minutes walk from Waikanae river. Here you can walk to the Waikanae Estuary Scientific Reserve, Kāpiti beaches or join the Kāpiti Coastal Cycle Route and Te Araroa Walking Trail. You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

The Green House, Te Horo Beach

Come and visit the most glorious part of the Kapiti coast! The green house is a completely off-grid home located on a beautiful, rural beach-side farm. It's fully equipped with a wood burner for cozy nights and has gas for water and cooking. The beach is a short private walk away through a field, so bring your surf-caster or even your boat. If that's not what you're after, the home also is surrounded by native wetlands. It can be a romantic couple's getaway or a small family staycation.

Kokomea - peaceful rural self-contained studio

Kokomea - means the glow of the sunset. This is a private peaceful property with a pleasant rural outlook towards the Hemi Matenga ridge. The studio is separate from the house with its own private outdoor space. Kokomea is just 2 mins drive from the beautiful Te Hapua beach and a shorter distance to Sudbury's wedding venue. Sunsets over Kapiti Island from the beach are stunning. Waikanae and Waikanae beach with its restaurants and bars are 6 ks away. Otaki's shops are 10 mins away.

You can have a quiet drink on the deck overlooking Kapiti Island and then step out for a meal at one of the vibrant local cafes and restaurants. The 36m2 brand new architecturally designed pods are fully kitted out with high quality furnishings and amenities. Free Wi-Fi is provided which makes working with a beach view a great option if you want a longer stay

Glamping At Johns Hut, Country Pines

Johns Hut is located in our private manuka and forestry block. It is an idyllic spot with hundreds of acres to explore and with only native birds to join you. There is hot water for you to enjoy for outdoor showers and baths but no electricity and no phone reception, so you can truly relax and unwind. There is a large outdoor fire, self contained kitchen and plenty of beds - all beautifully restored in their rustic form. We would love to host you in our spot of heaven!
