Our recently built Annexe sits on the site of the Old Village Blacksmith’s in the quiet scatter village of Caerwedros. Inside it retains the old stone walls to our cottage which feature both in the bedroom and living room . It has been finished to a high standard and is ideally suited for two people but there is a sofa bed in the living area. ONE PET only . We are situated 3miles from the seaside town of NewQuay (Wales) with its sandy beaches and Dolphins. Walking distance of the Coastal path.

The Coach House at Crynga Mawr, part of a beautiful historic stone mill transformed into a 1 bed luxury holiday cottage. Located in coastal countryside close to the beach and set down a country lane surrrounded by pasture and woods, only 3 miles from the fishing village and stunning beach of Aberporth and 10 min drive from historic Cardigan. Local beaches offer surfing, paddle boarding or just lying in the sun. Close by there's plenty of restaurants, attractions and local spots to explore.

Feel relaxed as soon as you enter the light filled old post office, fully renovated with open plan lounge with dinning area and wood burning stove, separate bedroom, fully furnished kitchen, power shower and separate loo. There is access to your own private garden from the lounge which is fully fenced for dog safety your own private parking to the side of the cottage.

The family room has a large sofa bed, log fire. WiFi, TV & DVD, kitchenette and dining area; The king bedroom has a shower en-suite and doors opening to the patio garden and decking with summer house. The annex is self-contained, but is part of our family home. Ample free parking is available.

Stowaway on the cliff!

The Stowaway is located on the cliff in the beautiful fishing village of New Quay, right on the coastal path. Along with the spectacular sea views guests can enjoy relaxing on their private balcony whilst watching the dolphins play. Why not fire up the bbq provided for al fresco dining! With only a 5 minute stroll to the harbour and beaches guests can enjoy a variety of activities including wildlife boat tours, watersports and lovely reastaurants and pubs.

Great if you want peace, quiet and privacy. It has a comfortable king size bed. There's a wood stove for heating and firewood is supplied. There's a compost toilet and a warm shower. There is a well equipped kitchenette plus a parking space for your car. Pets are welcome.

Capel Cwtch

The Cwtch is a private guest suite in the garden of our home: a 1870 chapel. It is situated between New Quay and Cardigan conveniently off the A487. Guests will enjoy the light and airy room with a lovely outlook. People staying will have sole use of the hot tub and garden spaces. There is also an outside bar/kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, table top oven, air fryer, George Foreman grill and kettle. There is off street parking.

Situated a 5 min drive from local beaches such as Llangrannog, Mwnt, Aberporth and Penbryn. Why not walk the coastal path or take a 16 min drive into the quaint town of Cardigan. There's plenty to see and do including a 25min drive to the Preseli Mountains.

The Snug

The Snug is a self contained studio with private entrance and off road parking set in rural west Wales. There is a separate bedroom with a double pullout sofa in the lounge/kitchenette area for extra guest if needed. Enjoy beautiful Penbryn beach just minutes away or spend the day in nearby historic Cardigan or the shops and castle ruins of Newcastle Emlyn.
