Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Welcome to our Cozy Cabin Retreat just 19 minutes north of Sandpoint. 4 acres of mature cedar trees and the crystal clear pack river. Perfect for couples or large groups, our property features an additional dry lodging cabin you can add to your booking based on your party’s needs. We don’t double book, so when you book, the whole property is yours to enjoy! The river is a great for swimming in July/August. Before this date, it’s too deep. Our cozy condo is located in downtown Sandpoint's Condo del Sol nestled on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille. We are walking distance from all the wonder this beautiful mountain town has to offer. Explore the city beach, unique shops, breweries and eateries just minutes away. For our "get outside" guests, you can access the lake and biking/walking paths right outside the door or a short 13 mile drive to explore the beauty of our destination ski area- Schweitzer Mountain Resort.
