Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Violations of our house rules such as excessive noise, smoking inside, or extra guests will lead to a fine of $250, cancellation of your reservation, and your immediate removal from the property. Our adorable cottage is back on Airbnb! You’ll be minutes to Topsail Island, and even closer to shopping and restaurants. We are nestled back off the road in a private setting with carport parking, washer/dryer, Wifi, an outdoor shower (shared with the home next door), clothesline, and a fenced yard. The yard is shared with another house on the property and IS PET FRIENDLY!
