Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch, Fernsehsessel, Flachbild-TV, WLan und Stereoanlage ausgestattet. Die Couch kann als vollwertige Aufbettung für 1-2 Personen genutzt werden. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem bequemen Boxspringbett, einem Einzelbett und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet.

Abenteuer?! Blockhütte im tinyhouse-Stil für die gemütliche Auszeit im Vogtland. Die Hütte hat ein kleines Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche, WC und ein Spülbecken. Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.

In einer Höhe von 850 m erwarten Euch Natur pur, Ruhe, unverfälschte Bergwiesen und viele Wander- und Radwege. Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.
