Potable water, flush toilets, and showers are available on the other side of the lake. You will have your own dock and swimming area. Lake Heron is a hidden paradise with 240 acres of woodland and a 10-acre lake.

A fire pit/grill and a picnic table are provided on the campsite. A separate dock is dedicated for the use of RV campers. A "comfort station" is nearby, with two flush toilets and two coin-operated showers. There is an abundance of the wildlife in the 240 acres of woodland; everything from squirrels and deer to turkeys and bears!
