The Carriage House Suites - the North Suite

Welcome to the Carriage House Suites located on the edge of beautiful Blyth Ontario. The suites are next to the historical former Grand Trunk Railway Station that is converted into a home. There is so much to do in Blyth and surrounding area, from dining, live theatre, a craft brewery, to shopping, and beautiful trails. The suites are a short twenty minute drive to the beaches of Lake Huron. There are two suites available, the North Suite and the South Suite. The suites are listed separately.

Beautifully renovated 1200 sq ft farmhouse just 7 minutes from downtown Stratford — perfect for theatre trips, family getaways, and weekends with friends. Sleeps up to 8 guests with 2 king beds, 1 queen, and a pop-up sofa bed. Enjoy bright gathering spaces, games, patio dining, and cozy evenings after exploring Stratford’s theatres, cafés, shops, and restaurants. For select stays, guests may enjoy a complimentary local welcome treat featuring bakery items, wine, or other local favourites.

Located within walking distance of our beautiful waterfront, theatres and downtown core. A guest suite with private entrance, keyless entry, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, parking, laundry and three shared patios/outdoor spaces to enjoy! Although there is no living room, there is an intimate seating arrangement beside the fireplace to enjoy with a book, coffee or drink. The City of Stratford has implemented a Municipal Accommodation Tax of 4%, which I have had to add to the nightly room fee.

We have designed the space to enjoy outdoor living but with all the indoor comforts for a beautiful nights sleep and a comfortable stay. We've topped it off with a heated pool and a woodfired hot tub for total relaxation. It's Glamping meets the Spa! All while just steps or pedals away from the beach and the downtown square.

The Country Nook

This barn style cabin is located 10 -15 minutes from Stratford, Ontario the home of Stratford Festival. This newly renovated 1.5 floor retreat offers an open concept living area, along with two bedrooms with queen size beds. Large windows and a 16 foot ceiling height in the living room add to the brightness of the space. This home away from home offers both comfortable seating inside and a screened in patio nestled into the trees. A way to get away from the city and enjoy the fresh air.

Bunkie in the Country

Now Open! Welcome! The bunkie has a great view of the sunrise. It's a quiet rural area (please note it is a GRAVEL road). Good for couples, solo adventurers, hunters, someone looking to be outside of town. The bunkie is located approx. 30 feet behind our home. For allergenic reasons and safety of animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!

Come join us for a relaxing stay in the country, surrounded by rolling farmland and beautiful scenery! Pet-free Walkout basement with separate driveway and private ground level entrance. Located close to Mount Forest and Harriston for local dining options, parks or snowmobiling. Cozy, bright and spacious basement with shared outdoor play area, outdoor seating, and firepit available. Wood-burning stove for chilly evenings!

Beautiful, new, self contained studio suite with large, Luxury hot tub. Come and stay with the crew of the Stratford Festival. Walking distance to theatres and city centre. Private driveway with keypad entry. The studio suite faces the garden. It has a queen sized Endy bed. Please feel free to have meals or drinks on the patio space next to your suite and enjoy a hot tub and a glass of wine.
