Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! Central to everything in Sedalia. Wonderfully spacious 100-year-old home in older neighborhood. Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

Our Cabin is only 1 mile from the Katy Trail, only 20 minutes to the Missouri state fairgrounds and only 89 miles to Kansas City We have room for trailer parking. Unwind and relax with beautiful country scenery. This beautiful cabin is located close to the private home however, facing into the beauty of the surrounding trees and privacy is not an issue. My husband and I are full time concessionaires. With that, there is equipment and food stands visible when you arrive. please enjoy the silo

Whether you are here for the State Fair, passing thru on the trail or the highway come stay and rest at our place. We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the east entrance to the fair as well as 0.5 miles from the Katy trail. We have a cozy two bedroom unit that can fit 4 adults and a kid on the couch. Hungry? We are located one block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurant. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.
