Apartament jest w całości na wynajem, nie ma w nim pozostawionych żadnych rzeczy właściciela. Do dyspozycji gości: pralka, suszarka bębenowa, odkurzacz, mop, herbata, kawa, cukier, sól / pieprz. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia: naczynia, garnki, ścierki, płyn do mycia naczyń oraz tabletki do zmywarki.
