With two magic balconies overlooking the sea and the rear walled garden , this charming house is classified as a monument of National Heritage by the Ministry of Culture.

The charming and spacious Spa Villa Skaloma of 120sqm with large spaces and sunny lounge that is open to the south, is a luxury two-storey villa that can accommodate up to six people, in two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa, the combination of high ceilings with large tree trunks and large openings, allow a stunning view of the sea. “It's built in with the sea" as it is only 10 meters away from it and is located in the best part of the beach, under plane trees and near a small sea platform.

Ο χώρος είναι ενιαίος 35τμ με πλήρη εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Διατίθεται επίσης εξωτερική ντουζιέρα στην κοινόχρηστη αυλή. Δυστυχως δεν επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια εντός του σπιτιού. Εύκολο πάρκινγκ.
