Our property is a 3-acre lot w/ desert flora/fauna, stars, & quietness, yet only 10 mi. from UA. Horses add to the ambiance with a taste of ranch life.

Time Capsule is a unique experience in an space age module dropped in the middle of an 11 acres desert sanctuary and sculpture park, adjacent to the Saguaro National Park. Enjoy the quietness of the desert in a safe environment located at just 35 minutes from downtown Tucson. Because of the refinement of the interior design we cannot accept any pet, service animal, nor children in the Time Capsule. Please note that check in is in person only and not later than 10:00PM. No exception!

Outdoor feeling in the city. Our 14 feet cruiser fun finder is parked in the back of our lot in a quiet residential area in central Tucson. It is small, cozy and features everything you need for a comfortable stay: a queen bed, fully equipped kitchenette, minifridge, hot running water, heater, AC and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. We have a dining place with table and chairs set up outside. For cooler nights we'll provide a heater and a down comforter to keep you warm.

Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. We are in a quiet middle class neighborhood. Close to I-10, 15-20 minutes to downtown, UA and the airport. Located in NW Tucson, near Marana and Oro Valley and Saguaro National Park. If you love nature this casita is just for you. Located 15 minutes from downtown and only a few minutes from stunning hiking and mountain biking trails in the National Park. The property is very much like a botanical garden with fruit trees filling up the back and a wide variety of succulents filling the front. The casita has its own private porch while the property shares two large communal patios with outdoor dining and a fire pit.
