10 Minutes to Universal - Charming Private Home

Beautiful newly remodeled home centrally located. 3 bedrooms (2 King 1 Queen) and 2 full baths (1 walk in shower w/ grab bars). Carport. Huge and private yard to enjoy! Comfortable living room with big screen TV, couches and lazyboy recliners. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. Office desk and chair. Washer and Dryer. 10 Minutes to Universal Studios and just minutes more to International Drive, Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, or Disney. Grocery, liquor, pizza, chinese within a 5 minute walk.

On Edgewater Drive there are restaurants, bars, and boutique shops. Close to downtown , 30 min. from all the attractions, and 5 min. from one of the city’s largest hospitals, 23 miles from ORMC airport. Charming Studio with Garden (West of Orlando)

We are proud to present a No Smoking on Premises Airbnb. My studio apartment is just the perfect place to hangout. There is a nice fire pit on the back patio and logs to relax with friends and enjoy the warm weather. The black gravel parking space in front is for the use of the Studio guests. This cottage is a unique free-standing detached dwelling in the heart of Lawsona Park in the Historic District in downtown Orlando. It sits behind the owner's main house in the back of the lot; privacy is not an issue. The cottage is loaded with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay. We are close to highways to visit Universal, Disney World, Sea World any more attractions in central Florida. In addition, Uber is a very good option for transportation.

Our airstream has all the amenities you need. It is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream.
