Unique apartment right next to the city center!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

55m² light and spacious lakeside apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, own sauna, a large lakeview balcony and 300M WiFi. 15min to the city centre by bus/car (free parking places next to the apartment). 200m to a grocery store and 1km to 24h supermarkets. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, tableware etc. Bed sheets and towels are included. Kohteeni on tunnelmallinen vanha vintage mökki luonnonkauniin harjun päällä. Voit viettää aikaa omassa pihassa, jossa on terassi ja grillikatos. Keittiö, olohuone ja sisä WC. Ulkorakennuksessa on puusauna, jonka yhteydessä on suihkutila, erillistä kylpyhuonetta ei ole. Saunakamarissa on 2kpl 1hlö vuodetta. Juokseva lämmin vesi ja viemärit. Lämmitys ilmalämpöpumppujen + talvella pönttöuunin avulla. Jääkaappi, kahvinkeitin, mikro ja miniliesi uunilla. Lemmikit ovat tervetulleita.
