This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. In the heart of NJ wine country, so we are close to wineries and breweries as well. Ideal for Rowan students. If you're lucky, you'll also see wildlife on our half acre property!
