You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. Rochester is 30 minutes away as is the Mississippi River and its river towns. A long, but gentle boardwalk takes you up to this apartment. Wonderful location to spend time with family and friends, or to getaway and enjoy the beauty of the driftless region.
