You'll find total privacy in our cozy cottage hideaway located in a shady garden courtyard. Off-street parking and lockbox access are provided for easy guest check in. We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Take advantage of the close proximity to restaurants and shops, while being just 32 miles from the Arch Rock entrance to Yosemite National Park and 12 miles from the mighty Merced river. The space is large enough to accommodate 3 guests with a queen bed, futon bed, large kitchen, full bath, covered parking, Wifi, and a flat screen TV.

The Cottage on Central

Come enjoy peaceful country living in the beautiful Central Valley. Our recently completed tiny home is located behind our main house, but is outside the main yard so you will have privacy. The cottage is surrounded by dirt at the moment, but we have plans for some beautiful landscaping in the near future. The cottage is 1/2 mile off Highway 99 and just a few miles from Atwater’s plentiful shopping and restaurants.
