New contemporary apartment located only 10 minutes away from the center of the city and the Old town. The International Fair and The Grand Hotel Plovdiv are 5 minutes walking distance. Next to bus stops. Free parking on the street. The space consists of one bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, large living room with a flat screen TV and a huge sofa which turns into nice bed for two. There is air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.

The studio room is located in the heart of the city center (only 2 minutes away). Walking distance from the main square, central railway station and bus station and also within 5 minutes reach of a shopping mall ( Mall Markovo tepe) and grocery stores. It consists of 1 master bedroom with two single beds which could be adjoined and become a queen size bed. The unit has a private entrance, own parking spot cozy garden and it is fully furnished.
