Cozy private space to relax in and take a nice break from all the outdoor fun. Complimentary Wine, Craft Beer, coffee, and other beverages. The dining table overlooks the pine forest, there’s a lounge room with a large comfy sectional couch and a vinyl record player with records to enjoy! Fire TV in the bedroom set up for streaming, and a DVD player. Satellite WiFi works well but occasionally glitches. Has been fine for guests working remote, but most are enjoying events or the outdoors:)

Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

Private 1500 sqft furnished Apt at 133 Commercial St, Portola, Ca, Office below but sepatate.Apt sleeps 5 with 3 beds, a futon bed and pull out sofa. Apt is upstairs, with balcony. Fiber optic cable internet and smart TV. 2,000 sqft game room has; pull out sofa bed, half bath, games:, foosball, ping pong, corn hole and darts. Guest with a pet need to pay a one time fee of $25/pet for cleaning, with a 2 pet max. Security Camera's in public areas.
